Answer
The Voice Notes library is your central place for managing personal audio messages. You'll find it in your dashboard under Content Engine > Voice Notes. From here you can record, upload, organize, and add voice notes to your Trust Packs, giving your visitors a personal touch alongside blogs and podcasts.
Adding a new voice note
- Go to Content Engine > Voice Notes in your dashboard.
- Click New voice note in the top right corner.
- A window opens with two options:
- Record: starts your microphone directly in the browser. Speak your message and click Stop when you are done. Maximum recording length is 3 minutes. - Upload: lets you choose an existing audio file from your computer. Supported formats are mp3, wav, m4a, and webm, with a maximum file size of 25 MB.
- Once the audio is processed, give your voice note an internal name. This name is only visible to you and makes it easy to find the right message later. Visitors never see it.
- Optionally, link the voice note to one or more archetypes (your trust paths). This keeps your library organized and makes it easy to pick the right message when building a Trust Pack. You can link to multiple archetypes at once, or leave it empty if the message fits all paths.
- Click Save. The voice note appears in your library.
Note: the Save button only becomes active once your audio has finished processing. This usually takes just a moment.
If you have not set up a funnel with archetypes yet, the archetype linking option will not appear in this window. You can always add links later.
Managing your library
Every saved voice note shows the name, duration, and how many times it has been played. You can:
- Play a voice note by clicking the play button.
- Rename it by clicking the name and typing a new one.
- Update the archetype link using the button next to the voice note.
- Copy a share link with the link icon, so you can use the audio message in other places too.
- Delete a voice note with the trash icon.
If you have archetypes set up, filter buttons appear at the top of the library. Use them to quickly find voice notes for a specific path as your library grows.
Adding a voice note to a Trust Pack
- Go to your funnel and open a trust path.
- Click the plus button to add an item to the Trust Pack.
- In the item picker, select the Voice memo filter.
- Choose the voice note you want to add to this path.
Your visitors will now receive your personal audio message as part of the gift they get after completing the quiz.
Tips
- Keep internal names specific, for example "Welcome message for Connector path" so you can find them instantly.
- Linking a voice note to an archetype is optional, but it makes building Trust Packs much faster once your library grows.
- A voice note linked to multiple archetypes only needs to be recorded once. Reuse it freely across different paths.
