Answer
The Content Overview page is your central hub for everything you have uploaded and created. All your videos, audio files, and text uploads live here, along with every piece of content generated from them, blog posts, podcast episodes, social posts, and emails. Everything in one place, always easy to find.
What you see on the page
Each upload appears as a card in an accordion list. At a glance you can see:
- The source type (video, audio, or text) with its icon
- The title of the upload
- The processing status (for example: Processing, Ready, or Failed)
- The upload date and file size
Click any card to expand it and reveal all the content generated from that upload.
Viewing generated outputs
Once you expand an upload, you see output cards for each piece of content that was created from it. Each output card shows:
- The content type, such as Blog Post, Podcast Episode, Social Post, or Email
- A language tag (NL, EN, or DE) so you know which version you are looking at
- A status badge showing whether the output is draft, published, or still being generated
- A clickable link that takes you straight to the editor for that piece of content
Just click the link on any output card and you land directly in the right editor, ready to review or publish.
Filtering and searching
If you have a lot of uploads, the filters at the top of the page help you zero in on what you need:
- Use the Status filter to show only drafts, published content, or items still processing
- Use the Type filter to focus on a specific content type, such as blog posts or social posts
- Use the Search bar to find a specific upload or output by name
Combine filters freely to narrow things down as much as you need.
Tips
- If an upload shows a Failed status, expand it to check which outputs were affected. You can often regenerate individual outputs from within the editor.
- Use the language tags to quickly spot if a translation is missing for a particular upload.
- Bookmark the Content Overview page as your daily starting point. It shows you exactly what is ready to publish and what still needs attention.
