Command Chat gives you a shortcut to improve your uploads and re-render clips without clicking through multiple pages. Open it anywhere with Cmd+K and ask the assistant to do the heavy lifting for you.
Enhance audio or video quality
Source enhancement lets you clean up your uploads with two types of improvement:
- Audio enhancement: removes background noise and normalizes your volume levels
- Video face-centering: automatically crops the frame so your face stays centered throughout
To start an enhancement:
- Press Cmd+K to open Command Chat
- Ask the assistant to enhance a specific upload, for example: "Enhance the audio for my last upload" or "Apply face-centering to my interview video"
- Choose which type of enhancement you want. Audio enhancement is enabled by default
- The assistant queues the job and the render server picks it up automatically
Your original file is always kept safe. The enhanced version is created alongside it, so you never lose what you started with.
Check enhancement progress
Want to know how things are going? Just ask. Open Command Chat and request a status update, something like: "What enhancements are currently running?" The assistant shows you which uploads are being processed, which are finished, and which enhanced files are ready to use.
Re-render multiple clips at once
If you want to upgrade a batch of clips to the latest visual style, you no longer have to open each one individually. Command Chat lets you re-render up to twenty clips in a single request.
- Press Cmd+K to open Command Chat
- Ask the assistant to re-render your clips and provide a list of the clips you want to update
- Optionally specify which renderer version to use
- The assistant queues all of them at once and they are processed automatically
This is especially useful after a visual style update when you want all your content to look consistent.
Tips
- You can combine requests: start enhancements and check status in the same Command Chat session
- Audio enhancement is on by default, so you only need to specify if you want face-centering added or instead
- Batch re-rendering accepts up to twenty clips per request. For larger libraries, just send a few requests in a row
- The original file is always preserved, so it is completely safe to experiment with enhancements
