Answer
If you regularly create the same mix of content outputs, Content Presets save you a lot of repetitive clicking. A preset stores your favorite combination of outputs and settings so you can apply them in one click every time you upload.
What a preset saves
A single preset captures all of these settings at once:
- Which outputs to generate: blog article, podcast episode, social posts, email newsletter, or knowledge base entry
- Social platform preferences: which platforms, how many posts per platform, and the default language
- Email settings: single email or a sequence, including frequency and type
- Quality options: SEO citations, statistics, and knowledge base usage
- Audio source language
Create a preset
- Go to Settings and open the Presets section.
- Click New Preset.
- Give your preset a clear name, for example "Weekly Podcast Bundle" or "Blog + LinkedIn".
- Check the outputs you want to generate.
- Configure the details for each active output: platforms, post counts, email type, and any other options.
- Optionally, check Set as default so this preset is pre-selected every time you upload.
- Click Save.
Edit or delete a preset
- Find the preset in your list and click the three-dot menu on its card.
- Choose Edit to update any setting, or Delete to remove it.
Use a preset when uploading
When you start a new upload, simply select your preset from the dropdown. All settings fill in automatically and you can start generating right away.
Tips
- Mark your most-used preset as Default so it loads automatically on every upload, saving an extra click.
- Create separate presets for different workflows, for example one for podcast repurposing and one for written content only.
- You can still tweak individual settings after selecting a preset before you start generation. The preset is a starting point, not a lock-in.
