Using the knowledge base

The knowledge base contains your expertise in the form of insights, frameworks, quotes and case studies. The AI uses this knowledge to generate better, more personalized content. Items are automatically extracted from your video and audio uploads.

  1. Go to Content Engine > Upload and upload a video or audio file.
  2. Check "Enrich knowledge base" in the output options (BookOpen icon).
  3. After processing, the AI automatically extracts frameworks, insights, quotes, case studies and statistics from your transcript.
  4. View the results in Knowledge > Knowledge Base.

Viewing and managing your knowledge base

  1. Go to Knowledge > Knowledge Base for an overview of all your items.
  2. Use the search bar to filter items by title.
  3. Each item shows its type (Text, Video, Audio, Document, Link) and category (Framework, Insight, Quote, Case Study, Statistic).
  4. Use the menu (three dots) to view, edit or delete items.

Using the knowledge base for content generation

  1. Go to Content Engine > Upload and upload new content.
  2. Check "Use your knowledge base to enrich generated content".
  3. The AI receives your existing knowledge items as additional context when generating blogs, podcasts, social posts and emails.

Tips

  • The richer your knowledge base, the more unique and personalized the generated content becomes.
  • Upload video or audio regularly with "Enrich knowledge base" enabled to let your knowledge base grow automatically.
  • Save your favorite output combination as a preset via Content Engine > Presets, including the knowledge base options.
  • The knowledge base is private and only used for your content generation.
