Answer
After creating a carousel or quote, you can automatically generate professional images for it. You can then download these and post them directly to Instagram, LinkedIn and other platforms.
Steps
- Go to Content Engine > Social Posts and find your carousel or quote post.
- Choose a layout from the dropdown menu:
- Editorial: clean and professional. - Bold Accent: eye-catching with colour accent. - Minimal Card: minimalist card design.
- Choose a branding label: your author name or company name.
- Click Generate slides (for carousels) or Generate quote image (for quotes).
- The images are being generated. This takes a few seconds.
- After generation, you will see thumbnails of the slides. Hover over them to see the download icon.
- Use the download menu to choose:
- Download as ZIP: all slides in a ZIP file. - Download as PDF: all slides in a PDF (4:5 format, ready for Instagram). - Separate files: each slide individually as PNG.
Tips
- The artwork automatically uses your brand colours and font from your Design settings.
- The 4:5 format in the PDF is optimised for Instagram feed posts.
- You can change the layout and regenerate if you are not happy with the result.
