Audio version of blog articles

Last updated March 19, 2026

What is the audio version?

The audio version is an AI-narrated version of your blog article. Visitors can choose between a quick summary (15-30 seconds) and the full article (3-5 minutes). After the quick summary, the player automatically continues to the full article.

How to generate audio

  1. Go to Content Engine > Blog in the dashboard
  2. Open a published article
  3. Click Generate audio in the right panel
  4. The audio is generated automatically (this takes 30-60 seconds)

If the article has an answer capsule, a short teaser is automatically generated as well.

Where does the player appear?

The audio player appears automatically above the article text on your public website. Visitors see two options:

  • Quick summary: a spoken version of the answer capsule
  • Full article: the complete article as audio

Voice selection

The voice is determined by your language settings:

  • Dutch: Hestia (female)
  • English: Thalia (female)
  • German: Viktoria (female)

You can choose a different voice in Settings > Podcast under TTS voices.

Regenerating

If you edit an article, you can regenerate the audio via the Regenerate button on the blog detail screen.

Schema.org and LLM discoverability

The audio version is automatically included in the Schema.org structured data of your article. Search engines and AI systems see both the teaser and full article as AudioObject. This strengthens your visibility with LLMs.
