Answer
In the blog editor you can adjust every part of your blog article: title, sections, fact blocks, branded insights, subsections and FAQ.
Editing sections
Each blog article consists of sections with a heading (H2), content and optional elements:
- Fact block: a statistic or fact that supports your story. For AI-generated blogs this is automatically filled with source and URL.
- Branded insight: a method-specific insight that highlights your expertise.
- Subsections: additional subheadings (H3) under a section.
Editing fact blocks
The fact block has three fields:
- Fact or statistic: the core statement (e.g. "80% of customers expect a personal experience").
- Source: where the fact comes from (e.g. "Bain & Company, 2005").
- Source URL: the direct link to the source.
Always check the source and URL before publishing. AI-generated sources may be incorrect or outdated.
Hero image and social media preview
When you upload a hero image for your blog article, it is automatically used as the social media preview when someone shares your article on LinkedIn, X or Facebook. This means your article looks great right away when shared, without any extra steps.
You will see a note below the hero image field confirming this: "This image is also used as a preview when someone shares your article on LinkedIn, X or Facebook."
There are two exceptions to keep in mind:
- No hero image: if your setup does not support hero image uploads, a social media preview is generated automatically using your article title and brand colors.
- Separate social media image: if you have explicitly uploaded a social media image in the SEO section below your article, that image takes priority and will not be overwritten by the hero image.
Tips
- Leave the fact block empty if you have no relevant fact for a section.
- The source URL is shown on your website as a clickable link next to the fact.
- You can add, remove and reorder sections using the buttons above each section.
- To use a different image for social sharing than your hero image, upload a separate image in the SEO section below your article.
