Answer
Social Settings is the place where you link your social media profiles to the platform. Once connected, the platform uses your profile information to generate content tailored to each channel, and to publish directly through those connections.
How to add your social profiles
- Go to Settings and open Social Settings.
- You will see a card for each supported platform: LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Paste your full profile URL into the Profile URL field for each platform you want to connect. For example:
https://linkedin.com/in/your-name. - Once you add a URL, the card shows a green Connected badge so you can see at a glance which platforms are active.
- Click Save in the top right corner to store your settings.
That is all it takes. Your profiles are now linked and ready to use.
What happens after you connect
With your social profiles set up, the platform knows which channels you are active on. This has two practical benefits:
- Smarter content generation: when you generate posts in bulk or use content tools, the platform tailors the output to the style and format of each platform.
- Direct publishing: connected platforms can be used to publish content straight from the platform, saving you the step of copying and pasting.
You can visit any connected profile directly from the Social Settings page by clicking the external link icon next to the card.
Tips
- Always use the full URL to your profile, including
https://. Partial links may not be recognized correctly. - You do not need to connect all platforms at once. Start with the channels you use most and add others whenever you are ready.
- If you change your profile URL on a platform, come back here and update it so your content stays properly aligned.
- Saved settings apply across your entire workspace, so every team member benefits from the connections you set up.
