Video clips on your website

Last updated March 19, 2026

Answer

Published video clips automatically appear on your website under /clips. Visitors can browse short highlights and click through to the full podcast episode. The clips are optimized for discoverability by AI systems.

How it works

  • Clips are automatically generated when you upload a video.
  • In the dashboard under Content Engine > Video Clips, you can toggle the Website switch on or off per clip.
  • As soon as at least one clip is published, "Clips" automatically appears in your website navigation.

What visitors see

  • Overview page (/clips): a grid with thumbnails of all your clips. Clicking a clip opens the swipe mode where visitors can scroll vertically through clips.
  • Detail page (/clips/clip-name): the video player, the full transcript, and a link to the source episode.
  • On the podcast page: below each episode, a section appears with clips from that episode.

Discoverability

Each clip page contains:

  • The full transcript as readable text (AI systems cannot watch video, but they do read text)
  • Schema.org structured data (VideoObject and Clip)
  • An entry in your sitemap and llms.txt
  • A link back to the source episode

Clips showcase on your homepage

You can add a Video Clips block to your homepage:

  1. Go to My Website > Pages and open your homepage.
  2. The "Video Clips" block automatically shows 3 recent clips from different episodes.
  3. Use the visibility toggle to show or hide the block.
