Show or hide service prices on your website

Last updated May 28, 2026

Answer

You can control whether your service prices are visible to website visitors with a single toggle. You'll find it in Dashboard > Settings under Show service prices. By default, prices are visible. Turn it off and all price indicators disappear from your public site instantly.

How to toggle your service prices

  1. Go to Dashboard and open Settings.
  2. Find the Show service prices toggle.
  3. Switch it off to hide prices, or on to show them.
  4. Your change takes effect immediately. Allow up to one hour for any cached pages on your site to fully refresh.

What changes on your site

When you turn the toggle off:

  • Homepage services section: the "From" label and the price label disappear from each service card.
  • Service detail pages: the price field is removed from the quick-facts block, and prices next to variant choices are hidden.
  • Variant cards stay visible, so visitors can still see your offer tiers and what is included, just without the amounts.

Turn the toggle back on and every price reappears exactly as before. Your pricing data is never deleted, you are only changing what visitors see.

When is this useful?

Hiding prices works well if you:

  • Work with custom or on-request pricing and prefer a conversation first.
  • Want to keep your positioning deliberately premium without leading with numbers.
  • Serve clients who value privacy around what others pay.
  • Are testing different positioning approaches and want to see how a price-free presentation resonates with your market.

A note on search engines and AI

Hiding prices visually does not affect how Google or AI search tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or Perplexity see your services. The structured pricing data (schema.org) remains active in the background, so your entity profile and search visibility stay intact. This is intentional: you get the freedom to position yourself without fixed prices for human visitors, while keeping your full profile available to search engines.

Tips

  • Not sure whether to show prices? Try turning them off for a few weeks and track whether inquiry quality changes.
  • Your variant cards remain visible even with prices hidden, so your offer structure and positioning still come through clearly.
  • If a client asks about pricing, you can always share it personally without it being publicly listed on your site.
