Setting up call-to-actions

Last updated March 19, 2026

Answer

A call-to-action (CTA) is the button that gets visitors to take action: book a call, buy a course, sign up for your newsletter, or get in touch. You create them once and connect them anywhere on your website.

Creating a CTA

  1. Go to Website > Call-to-actions.
  2. Click New CTA.
  3. Choose the type. There are 10 options: Link, Assessment, Booking/Calendly, Course, Newsletter, Payment, Services, Community, WhatsApp, and Contact.
  4. Fill in the name, button text, and optionally a description.
  5. Depending on the type, additional fields will appear. For "Booking" you paste your Calendly link, for "Course" you select a course from the list.
  6. Click Save.

Connecting CTAs to content

CTAs automatically appear on your website once you connect them to a service (via the CTA tab in the service editor) or to a page. The default CTA is used when no specific CTA is set.

Translations

If your website is multilingual, you can translate the button text and description for each CTA into your other languages. This way visitors always see the right text.

Tips

  • Create one "default" CTA that works everywhere, and specific CTAs for services that need their own booking link or payment button.
  • The Calendly type supports both popup and inline display. Just paste your Calendly link or embed code.
