Collecting and displaying reviews

Last updated March 19, 2026

Answer

Nothing is as powerful as a great review from a happy client. You can collect reviews via email, your website, or add them manually. Approved reviews automatically appear on your website.

Viewing reviews

  1. Go to Website > Reviews.
  2. You will see three tabs: Pending, Approved, and Rejected.
  3. At the top you can see your average rating, total number of reviews, and how many are awaiting approval.

Approving or rejecting a review

For new reviews in the Pending tab, click the green checkmark to approve, or the red X to reject. Approved reviews appear on your website right away.

Requesting reviews

  1. Click Send Request.
  2. Enter the email addresses of clients you would like to ask for a review.
  3. They will receive an invitation with a link to your review page.

Adding manually

Click Add Review to enter a review yourself. This is useful if you already have reviews on other platforms that you want to showcase on your own website too.

Display settings

Go to Review Settings for:

  • Photo shape: Round or square.
  • Display mode: Rotating (all reviews) or Featured + rotating (your best reviews first).
  • Review platforms: Connect external platforms like Google Business or Trustpilot.

Tips

  • Mark your best reviews as "featured" via the menu (three dots) on an approved review. This way they always appear first.
  • Your public review page can be found via the link in the review settings. Feel free to share this link with clients.
