Editing website pages

Answer

Via My Website > Pages you manage all pages of your website. You can edit titles, texts and images, show or hide blocks, change the order, and update page URLs.

Steps

  1. Go to My Website > Pages for an overview of all your pages.
  2. Click on a page to open the editor.
  3. Edit the title, description and content. The editor supports rich text with headings, lists and images.
  4. Use the eye icon next to each block to make it visible or invisible on your live website. For example, you can show the Content Showcase (blog/podcast preview) only once you have published content.
  5. Use the "Published" toggle to make an entire page visible or invisible.
  6. Use the "In menu" toggle to determine whether the page appears in the navigation.
  7. Save your changes with the "Save" button. Changes are immediately visible on your live website.

Changing the page URL

You can update the URL (slug) of any page in two ways:

  • From the page editor: click the gear icon in the top right to open Page settings. Next to the page title field you will find a URL field. Edit the URL and click Save at the bottom of the panel.
  • From the page overview: go to My Website > Pages, click the three-dot menu next to a page and choose Rename. A dialog opens where you can edit both the title and the URL at once.

Automatic redirects

When you change the URL of a page that is already published, a 301 redirect is automatically created from the old URL to the new one. This means existing links and search engine results keep working without any extra effort on your part.

Tips for choosing a URL

  • Keep it short and clear, for example /meeting or /services.
  • No spaces or capital letters are needed: the URL is automatically normalized to lowercase.
  • Each URL must be unique. If the URL you choose is already in use, a message will appear and you will need to pick a different one.
  • The homepage does not have a separate URL field.

Adding blocks

At the bottom of the page editor you will find the + Add block button. Click it to open a menu with two options:

  • Add CTA: adds a call-to-action button block to your page.
  • Calendly agenda: embeds a full appointment scheduler directly on your page.

Setting up a Calendly agenda block

  1. Choose Calendly agenda from the menu.
  2. Link an existing Calendly CTA (of the type "Calendly booking") to the block.
  3. Optionally add a title, intro text and a short list of what visitors can expect during the appointment.
  4. Save the page. The Calendly scheduling widget appears below your text on the live website, so visitors can book directly without leaving the page.

This is especially useful for pages like /meeting or /introduction, where you want visitors to schedule a call in one smooth step.

Tips

  • After saving, the cache of your live website is automatically refreshed. No need to wait.
  • You can set a page as homepage via the dropdown menu next to the page.
  • The order of blocks is controlled by dragging them with the grip icon.
  • Some blocks (like Content Showcase and Services) show live data: the newest blog posts, podcast episodes or services from your database.
  • Make sure you have set up a Calendly CTA first before adding a Calendly agenda block. You can manage your CTAs via the CTA settings in your account.
