Answer
Your services are at the heart of your website. Coaching, workshops, trainings: everything you offer is set up here. The great thing is that your website automatically presents them professionally, including pricing, descriptions, and a clear call-to-action. You can keep things simple or add pricing tiers, a video, and more. Existing services keep working exactly as before.
Creating a new service
- Go to Website > Services.
- Click New Service.
- On the General tab, fill in the title and a short description. The type (coaching, workshop, training, etc.) determines the icon on your website.
- On the Content tab you can add an extended description, your methodology, results, and who the service is for. At the bottom of this tab you can also add a video (see below).
- On the Pricing tab, set the price type: fixed amount, hourly rate, monthly, starting from, custom, or free.
- Click Save.
Publishing a service
A new service starts as a draft. Click the eye icon next to the service to publish it. Published services appear on your website right away.
Adding a video to your service
At the bottom of the Content tab you will find a Video field. Paste a YouTube or Vimeo link, or upload an MP4 file directly. The video appears prominently on your service detail page, between the description and the pricing section. This is a great way to introduce yourself or visually explain what you offer.
Offering pricing tiers with variants
The Variants tab lets you offer multiple packages within a single service. For example, a coaching service could include a "Single session", a "Monthly programme", and a "3-month programme", each with its own name, duration, number of sessions, price, description, and optional call-to-action.
To add variants:
- Open a service and go to the Variants tab.
- Click Add variant and fill in the details for each package.
- Drag the variants (or use the arrow buttons) to set the order.
- Click Save.
Visitors see a "Choose your package" section on the service detail page, showing the variants as cards side by side. On the services overview page, the price automatically displays as "From €X" based on the lowest variant price.
Variants are completely optional. If you do not add any, your service works exactly as it always has.
FAQ and SEO
On the FAQ tab you can add frequently asked questions. These appear on the service page and help visitors (and AI search engines) find your expertise. On the SEO tab you can set the meta title, description, and keywords.
Featuring a service
Click the star icon to mark a service as "featured". Featured services get a prominent spot on your homepage.
The automatic booking section
Every service detail page now includes a clear "How to book?" section at the bottom. This section uses the CTA you have set up for the service:
- Stripe: visitors go straight to checkout.
- Calendly: your calendar opens so they can pick a time.
- Contact: visitors are taken to your contact page to send a message.
- Custom link: the link you entered opens directly.
If you have not set up a CTA, the section shows a link to your site's default contact page. Either way, visitors always know what the next step is.
Tips
- Link a call-to-action to your service via the CTA tab. This lets visitors book a call or get in touch right away.
- Add related services so visitors discover your other offerings too.
- Use variants when your service comes in different formats or commitment levels. It saves you from creating separate services for each package.
- A short intro video on your service page can significantly increase visitor confidence and conversions.
