Answer
Review Settings gives you full control over how you collect and display customer reviews. Add your review platforms, share a public review link, and choose how your widget looks on your website. All in one place.
Your Public Review Page
Every account gets a unique public URL where clients can leave a review. You can share this link in emails, on social media, or after a session.
- Go to Website > Review Settings.
- Find the Public Review Page card at the top.
- Click the copy icon to copy your link, or click the external link icon to preview it in a new tab.
Share this link whenever you want to invite clients to leave a review.
Add Your Review Platforms
Connect the platforms where you want to collect reviews, such as Google Business Profile, Trustpilot, Capterra, or G2.
- Scroll to the Review Platforms section.
- Enter the platform name and paste your profile URL.
- Click Add to save it.
- Use the toggle next to each platform to activate or deactivate it at any time.
- Click the trash icon to remove a platform you no longer need.
Adding multiple platforms lets clients choose where they leave their review.
Choose a Photo Shape
Pick how reviewer profile photos appear in your widget.
- Go to the Display card.
- Select Round or Square depending on your website style.
Your choice applies instantly across your site.
Set the Widget Display Mode
Choose how reviews rotate in your website widget.
- Find the Display Mode card.
- Choose Rotating to cycle through all reviews automatically.
- Or choose Featured + Rotating to pin a highlighted review at the top while others rotate below.
This is a great way to make sure your best review always gets seen.
Tips
- Share your public review link right after a session or project while the experience is still fresh for your client.
- Use Featured + Rotating mode if you have one standout testimonial you always want visitors to see first.
- Deactivate a platform temporarily instead of deleting it if you just want to pause it.
