Answer
The green Help button in the bottom-right of your dashboard gives you instant access to support resources.
What can you do?
- Ask a question: The AI chatbot searches all help articles and gives you a tailored answer.
- Frequently asked questions: Browse articles by category (website, content, email, podcast, webshop, etc.).
- Give feedback: Report a bug, suggest a feature, or ask a question.
- Status page: Check if all systems are operational.
Expand an article
When reading an article, you can expand the reading area by clicking the expand icon (next to the close button). Click again to return to the compact view. You can also click the dark backdrop to collapse it.
Tips
- Type your question in the search bar on the home screen to get an instant AI answer.
- Clickable links in answers take you to the right dashboard page.
- Press Escape to close the widget.
