Meet Command Chat: Your AI Assistant in the Dashboard

Last updated March 30, 2026

Answer

Command Chat is the built-in AI assistant that lives right inside your dashboard. It helps you generate content, update your strategy, launch campaigns, and much more without ever leaving the platform. Open it in seconds and let it do the heavy lifting.

How to Open Command Chat

You have two ways to open Command Chat:

  1. Press Cmd+K (Mac) or Ctrl+K (Windows) from anywhere in the dashboard
  2. Click the chat button in the bottom-right corner of your screen

The assistant opens as a full-screen overlay so you can focus completely on the task at hand.

What Command Chat Can Do

Command Chat gives you access to 127 tools across 26 categories. Think of it in four main areas:

Query: Search your knowledge base, analyze existing content, and get instant answers about what you already have, including your music library, visitor conversations, community activity, and qualified leads.

Edit: Update content, refine your strategy, and make targeted changes to existing material.

Generate: Create blog posts, social media content, and emails from scratch in just a few messages.

Workflow: Launch full campaigns, onboard new content, translate everything at once, refresh your website, or publish content that is ready to go live. You can also manage your pipeline and lead engine, trigger video enhancements and reels, and tap into community insights, all from one place.

Using Voice Input

Prefer to talk rather than type? Click the microphone button in the chat input to speak your request. Command Chat transcribes your voice and processes it just like a typed message.

Your Conversation History

Every conversation is saved automatically. Click the panel icon in the top-left corner of the chat to open the sidebar with your full history. Use the search function to find a specific conversation quickly, or start a fresh one with the new conversation button.

Context-Aware Quick Actions

As you navigate the dashboard, Command Chat notices where you are and surfaces relevant quick actions for that page. This saves you time because the most useful tools are always front and center.

Sensitive Actions Ask for Confirmation

Whenever Command Chat is about to edit, delete, or publish something, it will pause and ask you to confirm before proceeding. This gives you full control and prevents any accidental changes.

Tips

  • Use Cmd+K as a habit shortcut, it is the fastest way to get things done without touching the mouse
  • For large content projects, try the workflow tools like "translate everything" or "launch campaign" to handle multiple steps at once
  • Use the pipeline and lead engine tools to track deals, manage contact notes and tasks, and surface your most qualified leads without switching screens
  • Check your conversation history when you want to pick up where you left off or reuse a prompt that worked well
  • Voice input is great for longer, more detailed instructions when typing feels slow
