How to track your plan usage

Last updated March 30, 2026

Answer

The Usage overview gives you a clear, real-time snapshot of how much of your plan you have consumed. You can see exactly where you stand across all key categories so there are never any surprises at the end of the month.

Where to find your usage

  1. Go to your dashboard and open the Billing section in the menu.
  2. Click Usage to open the overview.
  3. You will see your current plan name at the top right, along with a card for each usage category.

What the overview shows you

Each card displays your current consumption versus the limit included in your plan:

  • Content generations: the number of AI-powered content items you have generated this month, including any bonus generations your plan includes.
  • Storage: the total disk space used by your uploaded files, shown in MB.
  • AI calls: the number of individual AI requests made against your monthly allowance.
  • Uploads this month: the total number of files you have uploaded.

Every card includes a progress bar. The color tells you at a glance how close you are to your limit: green means you have plenty of room, amber means you are getting close, and red means you are near or at your limit.

Warning messages

The platform will alert you automatically when your usage is running high:

  • An amber warning appears when you are approaching your limit. It shows the exact percentage you have used so you can plan ahead.
  • A red alert appears when you have reached your generation limit. At that point, new content generation is paused until the next billing cycle or until you upgrade your plan.

Tips

  • Check your usage regularly if you run bulk content generation campaigns, as those can consume your allowance quickly.
  • If you frequently see amber warnings before the end of the month, that is a good signal that upgrading to a higher plan will give you more headroom.
  • Storage usage does not reset monthly, so review and remove old uploads if you are getting close to your storage limit.
