Content limits and usage

Last updated March 19, 2026

Answer

Each plan includes a monthly budget for content generations. This budget determines how many times per month you can generate new content (blogs, podcasts, social posts, emails). You also have a small number of bonus generations for when you need just a little more. Your usage is tracked automatically and resets at the beginning of each month.

How does it work?

  1. Each content upload you start counts as 1 generation.
  2. You can see your current usage via Settings > Usage.
  3. At 80% of your limit, a warning appears in your dashboard and on the Upload page.
  4. At 100% of your limit, you temporarily cannot generate new content. Existing content remains fully available.
  5. At the beginning of the next month, your counter resets automatically.

Viewing your limits

  • Go to Settings > Usage for an overview of your usage per category.
  • The Usage page shows your content generations, storage and bonus generations.
  • For each category you see a progress bar and the percentage used.

Tips

  • Plan your content ahead so you spread your budget evenly across the month.
  • Bonus generations are only used after your regular budget is exhausted.
  • Want more generations per month? Consider upgrading via Settings > Subscription.
  • Your existing content (blogs, podcasts, emails) always remains available, even when your limit is reached.
  • Video files up to 50GB are supported. Large files are automatically uploaded in parts to ensure reliability.
