Creating a quote

Answer

You can create quotes from the dashboard. Combine services, products and custom line items into a professional quote with automatic total calculation.

Steps

  1. Go to Finance > Quotes in the dashboard.
  2. Click "New quote" in the top right.
  3. On the Client tab, fill in the client details. You can also select an existing contact via "Choose from contacts".
  4. Go to the Line items tab to add items:

- "Choose service" to add an existing service - "Choose product" to add an existing product - "Add custom" to add a manual item

  1. Adjust quantities and prices per line. Totals are calculated automatically.
  2. On the Settings tab, set the quote date, validity, VAT and any discount.
  3. Click "Save" to save the quote as a draft.

Tips

  • You can customize the introduction text and payment terms per quote via the Settings tab.
  • The quote number is generated automatically (OFF-001, OFF-002, etc.).
  • All amounts are calculated including or excluding VAT, depending on your setting.
