Answer
On the revenue page you have a complete overview of your earnings, transactions, and Stripe connection. From monthly recurring revenue to individual payments.
Connecting Stripe
- Go to Settings > Revenue.
- If Stripe is not yet connected, click Connect Stripe. You will be redirected to Stripe to verify your account.
- After verification you will see a green checkmark with the statuses "Charges Enabled" and "Payouts Enabled".
Viewing revenue
At the top you will see five overview cards:
- This month: your revenue for the current month.
- MRR: your monthly recurring revenue (from memberships).
- Total revenue: everything you have earned so far.
- Platform fees: the fee the platform retains.
- Net received: what you actually get paid out.
Transactions
Below the overview cards you will find a table with all your transactions. Filter by type (product, course, membership, service) and status (succeeded, refunded, failed, disputed).
Refunding
On a successful payment you can click Refund to return the full amount. This is processed directly through Stripe.
Tips
- Click Open Stripe Dashboard to manage your Stripe account, update bank details, or review payouts.
- Export your transactions as CSV for your bookkeeping.
