Answer

On the subscription page you can see your current plan, its status, and access the Stripe Billing Portal for changes.

Viewing your plan

  1. Go to Settings > Subscription.
  2. You see your current plan, billing interval (monthly/yearly), and status (active or past due).

Managing your subscription

Click Manage Plan to open the Stripe Billing Portal. There you can:

  • Change your payment method.
  • Upgrade or downgrade your subscription.
  • Cancel your subscription.

Past due payment

If a payment has failed, a red warning appears. Click Manage Plan to update your payment details.

Founding members

Founding members have a special subscription without Stripe connection. For changes, reach out via email.

Tips

  • Click View Usage to see how much of your limits you have consumed.
