Answer

All invoices are automatically created and sent by email after each successful payment. You do not need to do anything. Each invoice contains your company details, the invoice number (IFM prefix) and a summary of the payment.

Steps

  1. After each payment you automatically receive an invoice by email.
  2. Open the invoice PDF directly from the email.
  3. Want to find previous invoices? Go to Settings > Subscription and click Manage subscription to open the Stripe customer portal.
  4. In the portal you will see an overview of all your invoices and can download them as PDF.

Tips

  • Invoices are available immediately after a successful payment.
  • All invoices include the invoice number with IFM prefix, useful for your accounting.
  • If a payment fails, you receive a notification by email. After a successful retry, the invoice is automatically updated.
