Answer

The Subscription page in your dashboard is your central hub for everything related to your plan and billing. You can see which plan you are on, whether you pay monthly or yearly, and if any action is needed. Want to update your payment method, upgrade to a different plan, or change your billing period? You can do it all in a few clicks via the Stripe customer portal.

Steps

  1. Go to Settings > Subscription in your dashboard.
  2. You will see your current plan, billing interval and status.
  3. Click Manage subscription to open the Stripe customer portal.
  4. In the portal you can:

- Update your payment method (credit card, SEPA, iDEAL) - Upgrade or downgrade to a different plan - Change your billing period (monthly or yearly) - View and download your invoices - Cancel your subscription (continues until end of billing period)

  1. After making changes you are automatically redirected back to your dashboard.

Tips

  • When upgrading, the difference is charged pro rata on your next invoice.
  • When downgrading, the new plan takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
  • Check your usage (AI messages, content generations, storage, subscribers, and creators) via Settings > Usage.
  • You automatically receive invoices by email after each payment.
  • If a payment fails, your subscription status changes to past due and you will receive an email to update your payment information. Your access continues while you resolve the payment.
