Answer
The Revenue & Payments page gives you a clear overview of all your earnings, transactions, and payout status in one place. Whether you are just getting started or already processing payments, this is your financial home base.
Connect Stripe to Start Accepting Payments
If you have not connected Stripe yet, the page will guide you through the setup:
- Go to Revenue & Payments in your dashboard.
- Click Connect Stripe to start the onboarding flow.
- Follow the steps in Stripe to set up your account (identity, bank details, etc.).
- Once complete, you are redirected back and your account is linked automatically.
After connecting, Stripe is ready to process payments for your products, memberships, and sessions.
What You See After Connecting
Once Stripe is linked, the page shows you:
- This month's revenue: your gross earnings since the first of the current month.
- Total revenue: cumulative gross across all time.
- Platform fees and net amount: so you always know what lands in your account.
- MRR (Monthly Recurring Revenue): calculated from your active subscriptions.
Browsing Your Transaction History
The transactions table lists every payment in reverse chronological order. You can filter by:
- Type: one-time payments, subscriptions, and more.
- Status: succeeded, refunded, partially refunded, and others.
Each row shows the date, customer name and email, gross amount, fee, net amount, and current status.
Exporting Your Transactions
Need your data elsewhere? Click Export CSV to download the current filtered list as a spreadsheet. This is handy for bookkeeping or sharing with your accountant.
Processing a Refund
- Find the payment in the transactions table.
- Click the refund option on that row.
- Confirm in the dialog that appears.
The payment status updates automatically after the refund is processed.
Opening Your Stripe Dashboard
For deeper financial management, including payouts, disputes, and tax documents, click Open Stripe Dashboard. This opens your Stripe Express dashboard in a new tab.
Tips
- Keep your Stripe account details up to date to avoid payout delays.
- Use the CSV export at the end of each month to keep clean financial records.
- MRR is a live number and updates as subscriptions are activated or cancelled.
