Setting up memberships

With memberships you offer recurring access to your content or courses. You can create an "All Access" membership (access to everything) or per course. Payments are handled automatically through Stripe.

Creating a membership

  1. Go to Courses > Memberships.
  2. Click New Membership.
  3. Choose the type:

- All Access (crown icon): members get access to all your courses. - Per Course (book icon): members get access to a specific course.

  1. Fill in the name, description, and slug.
  2. Set the price for monthly and/or yearly.
  3. Optional: set a trial period (number of days) and a maximum number of billing cycles.
  4. Set the status to Active and click Save.

Stripe synchronization

When you save a membership with "Active" status and Stripe is connected, it is automatically synchronized with Stripe. You can see the sync status as a badge on each membership.

Managing members

Click Subscribers on a membership to see all members. You can pause, cancel, or resume subscriptions. The status (active, past due, canceled, paused) is immediately visible.

Tips

  • Connect Stripe via Revenue first before activating memberships.
  • A trial period is a low-barrier way to let new members experience your content.
