The Smart Inbox brings all your incoming emails together in one place inside your dashboard. Your connected email accounts sync automatically, so you never have to switch between tabs or apps to stay on top of your messages.
Finding and reading messages
- Go to Inbox in your dashboard sidebar.
- All incoming messages appear in a list, sorted by date. Unread messages are highlighted so they stand out.
- Click any message to open it in thread view, where you can see the full conversation history.
To search your inbox: type a name, email address, or keyword into the search bar at the top. Results update as you type.
To filter by account: if you have more than one email account connected, use the account dropdown next to the search bar to focus on a specific inbox.
Replying, forwarding, and composing
- Reply or forward directly from within a thread. Just open the message and choose the action you need.
- Compose a new message: click the Compose button in the top right corner to start a fresh email.
Let AI draft your reply
This is where the Smart Inbox really saves you time. When you open a message, the AI can generate a draft reply for you automatically, based on your knowledge base and your personal tone of voice. Review the draft, adjust where needed, and send. It keeps your communication consistent without the effort.
Deleting messages
To delete a message, open it and select the delete option. You will be asked to confirm before anything is removed, so no accidental deletions.
Tips
- Connect multiple email accounts under Settings > Email accounts to see all your inboxes in one unified view.
- The inbox syncs in real time, so new messages appear without refreshing the page.
- Use the search bar to quickly find older conversations by sender name or subject line.
- Always review AI-generated drafts before sending, especially for sensitive or complex topics.
