Email Statistics: Track and Improve Your Campaign Performance

Last updated March 30, 2026

Answer

Email Statistics gives you a clear view of how your email campaigns are performing. Open rates, click rates, bounces, unsubscribes: it's all in one place, so you can make smarter decisions about your email strategy.

Where to Find Email Statistics

  1. Go to the Email section in your dashboard.
  2. Click Statistics in the navigation.
  3. You'll land on the overview page with your key metrics.

Filter by Time Period

Use the dropdown in the top right corner to focus on a specific window:

  • Last 7 days for a quick recent snapshot
  • Last 30 days for your default monthly view
  • Last 90 days for longer-term trends
  • All time to see everything since you started

The numbers update automatically when you switch periods, including a comparison to the previous period so you can see whether things are improving.

Explore the Four Tabs

Overview shows your overall totals and trends at a glance. This is the best starting point to spot patterns.

Emails lists your individual sent campaigns with their stats. Use this to compare specific emails and identify which subjects or content styles perform best.

Sequences breaks down performance by automated email sequences. Great for seeing how your onboarding or nurture flows are working.

Lists shows stats grouped by your subscriber lists, so you can see which audiences are most engaged.

Key Metrics Explained

  • Open rate: The percentage of recipients who opened your email.
  • Click rate: The percentage who clicked a link inside.
  • Bounces: Emails that could not be delivered.
  • Unsubscribes: Recipients who opted out after receiving your email.

Tips

  • A low open rate often points to a subject line issue. Try more specific or curiosity-driven subjects.
  • A high open rate but low click rate suggests your email content or call to action needs work.
  • Check your bounce count regularly. A high bounce rate can affect your sender reputation.
  • Use the Sequences tab to find drop-off points in your automated flows and optimize from there.
