Answer
The Lead Engine is your built-in CRM, designed specifically for coaches, trainers, and consultants. No external tools needed. You get a visual Kanban board where every lead moves through your pipeline from first contact to closed deal, all in one place.
How Leads Enter Your Pipeline Automatically
You do not have to add leads by hand. The Lead Engine captures them for you whenever:
- A visitor fills in your contact form
- The chatbot captures an email address
- Someone completes an assessment
Each new lead appears as a card on your pipeline board instantly.
Your Pipeline Board
Go to Lead Engine in the left sidebar, then open Pipeline. You will see your Kanban board with all your active leads.
Each card shows:
- Contact name and company
- A BANT qualification badge: Hot, Qualified, Warm, or Cold
- Any upcoming follow-up tasks
Drag and drop cards between stages to reflect where each lead stands. Click any card to open the detail panel, where you can view the full contact timeline, add notes, create follow-up tasks with deadlines, and review quotes or email activity.
Choosing a Pipeline Template
When you set up your pipeline for the first time, pick the template that fits your business:
- Service Provider for solo consultants and freelancers
- B2B for business-to-business sales cycles
- Custom for a fully tailored setup
- Education for course creators and trainers
You can always rename, add, or remove stages later in your pipeline settings.
Your Dashboard Metrics
At the top of the Lead Engine you see a quick overview:
- Tasks due today
- Total pipeline value
- New leads this month
This gives you a clear picture of where your business stands without digging through spreadsheets.
Enabling the Lead Engine
If you do not see Lead Engine in your sidebar, go to Settings, find the Modules section, and switch on Pipeline. It will appear in your sidebar right away.
Tips
- Use the BANT badges to prioritize your day. Start with Hot and Qualified leads each morning.
- Set a follow-up task every time you move a card to a new stage. That way nothing falls through the cracks.
- Rename your pipeline stages to match the exact language you use with clients. This makes the board feel natural and keeps your whole process consistent.
