Answer
The Lead Engine pipeline board gives you a clear, visual overview of every lead in your sales process. Leads appear as cards you can move between stages, so you always know exactly where each prospect stands.
How leads get added
Leads enter your pipeline in two ways.
Automatically, whenever someone:
- Fills in your contact form
- Chats with your chatbot and shares their email
- Completes an assessment
These leads appear on the board instantly, with no extra work needed on your end.
Manually, when you want to add a prospect yourself:
- Open the Lead Engine and go to your pipeline board
- Click the + button
- Enter the contact's email address, name, and company
- The new lead card appears on the board right away
Reading a lead card
Each card shows everything you need at a glance:
- Name and company so you know who it is
- Source icon indicating how the lead came in: chatbot, assessment, contact form, or manual entry
- BANT qualification badge (Hot, Qualified, Warm, or Cold) when the chatbot has scored the lead
- Quote value if one has been attached
- Next task so you never lose track of your follow-up
- Days in current stage, shown in red when a lead has been sitting in the same stage for more than 7 days
Moving leads through your pipeline
Drag and drop any card from one stage to the next to reflect where the conversation stands. This keeps your pipeline accurate and up to date with minimal effort.
Viewing lead details
Click on any card to open the detail panel. Here you will find:
- A full timeline of all interactions and updates
- Tasks you can create and check off
- Notes to capture context from calls or meetings
Tips
- Keep an eye on the red day counter. When a card turns red it is a signal to follow up or move the lead forward.
- Use the source icon to prioritize: leads from the chatbot with a Hot badge are worth contacting first.
- Add a note right after a call so your timeline stays complete and you never have to rely on memory.
