Every email sent through the platform automatically includes an unsubscribe link in the footer. When a recipient clicks it, a confirmation page is shown with your company branding.
How it works
- The unsubscribe link appears at the bottom of every email and sequence email
- After clicking, the recipient sees a personalized page with your company name and color
- The unsubscription is processed immediately and logged in the consent overview
- If someone is already unsubscribed, this is clearly stated
Language of the unsubscribe page
The language is determined by your Footer language setting:
- Go to Dashboard > Email > Settings
- Set the Footer language to Dutch, English, or German
Tips
- You cannot remove the unsubscribe link (legally required)
- Unsubscribed contacts will not receive any emails, including sequences
- The unsubscription is automatically logged for GDPR compliance
