Composing and sending emails

Answer

With the email composer you write emails, select recipients based on lists and tags, and send immediately or schedule for later. You can also attach a voice memo.

Steps

  1. Go to Email > Emails and click + New email.
  2. Under "Recipients", select a list or filter by tags. The recipient count is calculated automatically.
  3. Enter a subject line.
  4. Write your email in the rich text editor. Use the toolbar for formatting (bold, italic, links, images).
  5. Add personalization via the + button next to the subject: {{firstname}}, {{lastname}}, {{email}}, {{company}}.
  6. Optional: record a voice memo (max 60 seconds) or upload an audio file.
  7. Under "Delivery", choose "Send now" or "Schedule for" with date and time.
  8. Click Save as draft to send later, or Send test to preview in your own inbox first.

Tips

  • Use "Send test" to check your email before sending to all recipients.
  • Voice memos make your emails more personal and boost engagement.
  • Combine list and tag filters to reach exactly the right audience.
  • Write a clear, specific subject line to improve open rates and give recipients a good idea of what to expect.
