Manage Course Students: View Progress and Export Enrollments

Last updated March 30, 2026

Answer

The Students overview gives you a clear picture of everyone enrolled in your courses. You can track individual progress, spot participants who need a nudge, add new students manually, and export your full list at any time.

Finding Your Students Overview

  1. Go to Courses in the main menu.
  2. Click Students in the submenu.
  3. You will see a dashboard with four summary stats at the top: total enrolled students, active learners, completions, and average progress across all courses.

Filtering and Searching

  • Use the search bar to find a student by name or email address.
  • Use the course filter dropdown to narrow the list down to one specific course.

This is especially useful when you want to focus on a single cohort or check in on a particular course.

Viewing Progress Per Student

Each row in the list shows:

  • The student's name and email
  • The course they are enrolled in
  • Their current progress percentage with a visual progress bar
  • Their enrollment status (active or completed)
  • The date they enrolled

This gives you everything you need to identify who is sailing through and who might be stuck.

Adding a Student Manually

  1. Click Add student in the top right corner.
  2. Enter the student's email address and, optionally, their display name.
  3. Select one or more courses to enroll them in.
  4. Click Add.

The student will be enrolled immediately and will appear in your list.

Removing a Student

  1. Click the three-dot menu on the right side of any student row.
  2. Choose Remove enrollment.
  3. Confirm the action in the dialog that appears.

Exporting the Student List

Click the Export CSV button to download the full list of enrollments. The file includes names, email addresses, courses, progress percentages, and enrollment dates. Use this to follow up outside the platform, share data with a team member, or keep your own records.

Tips

  • Sort by progress to quickly find students who are behind and may benefit from a personal check-in or reminder email.
  • Use the course filter before exporting if you only need the data for one specific course.
  • Adding a student manually is perfect for offline sales or personal invitations where the student has not signed up themselves yet.
