AI Coach Review analyzes your course content and gives you actionable feedback on structure, clarity, and completeness. Think of it as a smart pre-publication check that helps you deliver the best possible experience to your students.
What AI Coach Review looks at
Once you run a review, the AI coach goes through your modules and lessons and evaluates:
- Structure: Are your modules and lessons organized in a logical flow?
- Clarity: Is your content easy to follow and well explained?
- Completeness: Are there gaps, missing steps, or topics that need more depth?
For each area, you get specific suggestions so you know exactly what to improve.
How to use AI Coach Review
- Go to Courses in your dashboard and open the course you want to review.
- Navigate to the Coach Review tab in your course settings.
- The overview shows all AI coach conversations grouped by student enrollment, so you can also see how students are interacting with the coach inside your course.
- Use the search bar or the course filter to find specific conversations quickly.
- Click on any conversation to open the full message thread, including which lesson each message relates to.
Reading your feedback
Each conversation shows you:
- The student name and email
- The course and lesson the conversation belongs to
- The number of messages exchanged and the last activity date
Open a conversation to read the full exchange between the student and the AI coach. This gives you a clear picture of where students get stuck or need more support, which is great input for improving your content.
Tips
- Run a Coach Review before you publish a new course or release a major update. It only takes a moment and can catch issues you might miss after staring at your own content for too long.
- Pay extra attention to lessons with lots of student coach messages. High activity often signals a section that needs more clarity.
- Use the feedback as a checklist: work through the suggestions one by one and re-run the review to see your course improve.
