Answer
Every time you publish a new blog post or podcast episode, your community gets a discussion thread automatically. An AI-generated prompt, written in your voice, kicks things off so your audience always has something to respond to. No extra steps, no blank page.
How it works
When you publish a blog post or podcast episode, the platform:
- Creates a new discussion thread linked to that piece of content
- Generates an opening prompt in your tone and style
- Posts that prompt automatically to get the conversation started
You can review and edit the AI-generated prompt at any time before or after it goes live. Head to the discussion, click the prompt, and update it to match exactly what you want to ask your community.
Managing your discussions from the dashboard
The community dashboard gives you a clear overview of everything happening across your content.
At a glance stats:
- Active discussions
- Total replies
- Knowledge base suggestions (responses your community flags as worth saving)
Filtering and finding discussions:
- Open the community section in your dashboard
- Use the content type filter to show discussions linked to blog posts, podcast episodes, or knowledge base items
- Use the status filter to switch between active and closed discussions
- Use the search bar to find a specific discussion by keyword or title
Opening a discussion:
Click on any discussion in the list and it opens in a side panel. You can read the full thread, reply, and manage the conversation without leaving your dashboard.
Tips
- Edit the AI prompt right after publishing to make it feel more personal and specific to that piece of content. The more targeted the question, the richer the replies.
- Close discussions that have run their course to keep your community feed focused on active conversations.
- Keep an eye on knowledge base suggestions. These are replies your members found valuable, and they are great candidates to turn into standalone resources.
- Use the filters regularly to spot discussions that have gone quiet. A simple follow-up reply from you can restart the conversation.
