What does the platform fee on transactions cover?
When you sell services, courses, or shop products through IFM, the platform handles checkout, invoicing, VAT, and revenue routing through Stripe. The platform fee covers that infrastructure. Standard is 5%, Scale is 3%, Enterprise is volume-based.
Are prices excluding VAT?
Yes. All prices on this page exclude VAT. For EU customers VAT is added at the applicable rate during checkout.
Can I switch plans later?
You can upgrade at any time and the change takes effect immediately on a pro-rata basis. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing period. There is no penalty for either direction.
What is included in the migration service?
On yearly Standard and Scale plans we migrate your existing domain, existing content (blog, podcast, pages), and email list onto IFM. Enterprise migrations are white-glove and scoped per engagement.
How do I get an Enterprise quote?
Contact us through the form. We map your existing operation, your content volume, and your integration needs, then come back with a fixed annual price and a signed scope.
What is the cancellation policy?
There is a one month notice period. Monthly plans can be cancelled with one month notice, so the cancellation takes effect at the end of the following billing month. Yearly plans run for the full year and are not refunded for unused months; cancel at least one month before the renewal date so the next year does not start. After cancellation your data stays available for export for 90 days. Enterprise contracts follow the terms in the signed scope.
