Who we are
Identity First Media, located at Princentuin 2, 4813 CZ Breda, The Netherlands, is responsible for the processing of personal data as described in this privacy policy. Email: support@identityfirstmedia.com.
What data we collect
- Contact details: name, email address (when using the AI scanner, waitlist or contact form)
- Usage data: IP address, browser, device, pages visited, time of visit
- Scan results: domain name and AI visibility score (when using the scanner)
- Cookies: functional and analytical cookies (see Cookies section below)
Legal basis
- Legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR): website analytics, fraud prevention, improving our services
- Consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR): sending the scan report by email, analytical cookies
- Performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR): providing our services to tenants
Retention periods
- Scan results and scanner contact details: 2 years after last interaction
- Waitlist sign-ups: until 6 months after launch or until unsubscription
- Analytics data: 26 months (standard analytics retention)
- Server log files: 90 days
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection to processing. You can submit a request via support@identityfirstmedia.com. We will respond within 30 days.
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).
Cookies
We use functional cookies that are necessary for the website to operate (such as language preference). Analytical cookies are only placed with your consent. We do not use marketing or tracking cookies on the landing page.
Sub-processors
We use the following service providers for data processing:
- Vercel (EU edge): website hosting and CDN
- Supabase (Frankfurt, DE): database and authentication
- SendGrid (US): email delivery (scan reports)
- Cloudflare (EU): CDN and security
Standard Contractual Clauses apply to processing outside the EU/EEA.
