Using Command Chat to explore chatbot conversations and music library

Last updated March 30, 2026

Answer

Command Chat gives you instant access to two powerful insights: the conversations your website chatbot is having with visitors, and the background music available for your video content. Open Command Chat with Cmd+K and ask in plain language to get started.

View chatbot conversations with visitors

Want to know how visitors are interacting with your chatbot? Command Chat makes it easy to pull up a clear overview without digging through dashboards.

  1. Press Cmd+K to open Command Chat.
  2. Ask something like "Show me recent chatbot conversations" or "Which visitors have chatted recently?"
  3. You'll see a list of sessions with details including:

- The language of the conversation - Number of messages exchanged - A qualification score for each visitor - Whether the visitor left their contact details

  1. To focus on leads, ask Command Chat to filter for conversations where visitors shared their email address.
  2. You can also filter by status to see only active conversations or completed ones.

This is a great way to understand which visitors are engaging with your chatbot and which ones are converting into leads.

Browse the music library

Your platform automatically generates background music for video teasers and carousel reels. Command Chat lets you search that library so you always know what's available.

  1. Press Cmd+K to open Command Chat.
  2. Ask something like "Show me music tracks" or "What cinematic music is available?"
  3. Filter by style to narrow things down. Available styles include:

- Cinematic, Professional, Ambient, Energetic, Warm, Dark, Minimal

  1. For each track you'll see how often it has been used and how long it runs.

This helps you pick the right mood for your video content and see which tracks are already performing well across your posts.

Tips

  • Combine filters in one question, for example: "Show me completed chatbot conversations with leads from this week."
  • If you are unsure what to ask, just type "conversations" or "music" in Command Chat and it will suggest the right options.
  • Check your chatbot lead conversations regularly to make sure no warm leads slip through unnoticed.
