Video Clips (Beta)
Your long-form video becomes short, vertical clips for Reels, Shorts and TikTok. Face-detected framing. Per-word subtitles. Branded thumbnails. You record. The system clips. Currently in beta.
For: Experts who record video content and want short, polished clips for social media without manual editing.Included in all plans
Short-form video is how social media works now. Reels, Shorts, TikTok. Vertical, fast, subtitled. The experts who show up in these formats reach audiences they would never reach through blog posts or podcasts alone. But turning a 30-minute recording into five 60-second clips is editing work. Finding the right moments, cropping to vertical, adding subtitles, creating thumbnails. That is hours per recording, even with tools like Opus Clip or Descript. ## AI selects the best moments The system does not randomly chop your video into segments. It analyzes your transcript alongside the timestamps to identify the moments that work as standalone clips: clear statements, compelling arguments, specific examples, quotable insights. Each suggested clip gets a virality score and platform recommendation. ## Professional framing, automatic Your clips are rendered in 9:16 vertical format with face detection. The system locates your face in each frame and positions it following the rule of thirds: eyes at 33% from the top. The result looks intentional, not like someone cropped a landscape video on their phone. ## Subtitles that follow your words Four subtitle styles are available: background box, color change, underline and scale. Each style highlights words as you speak them, synchronized to your actual speech timing. Not block captions that appear all at once. Per-word highlighting that moves with your voice. ## Ready for every platform Each clip comes with per-platform captions for Instagram, TikTok and YouTube Shorts. Not the same caption copied three times. Captions adapted for each platform's style and character limits. Branded thumbnails are generated automatically. ## Part of the Content Engine Your video clips are not separate from the rest of your content. They come from the same upload that generates your podcast episode, blog article, social posts and email sequence. One recording session, one set of uploads, every format covered. *Video Clips is currently in beta. Core functionality is active, with ongoing refinements to clip selection and rendering quality.*
