The Content Framework That Makes AI Work For You

AI should only change the form of your content, never create it. Put in your knowledge and passion, let AI handle the rest.

March 29, 202619 min

Key takeaways

  • Use AI to change the form of your content, not to create it. Your knowledge, passion, and perspective are the raw material. AI is the production line.
  • Structure every piece of content around three things: what others do, what you do differently, and why you believe your approach is right.
Always generate each content format directly from the original source material. Never chain AI outputs from one format to the next.
  • Build your domain into the richest knowledge base in your niche now. AI models will replace search engines, and they will cite whoever owns the most credible content on a topic.
  • Share your vision openly. Clients do not just buy your service, they buy into where you are going. Showing your direction attracts aligned clients and filters out the wrong ones.

How Do Entrepreneurs Create AI-Powered Quality Content?

    Show notes

    What This Episode Is About

Paul Veth explains the content framework behind Identity First Media: AI should only change the form of your content, never generate it from scratch. When you supply the right input, your knowledge base grows with every video you record.

Why Most People Use AI Wrong

The most common mistake is prompting AI to create content from nothing. The output lacks context, personality, and credibility. AI works as a form-changer, not a content creator. What you put in, your knowledge, your passion, your perspective, stays intact. Only the delivery format changes.

    • A single video becomes a blog post, podcast episode, carousel, email, and social post
    • Because AI handles the formatting, you get more time to improve the quality of what you actually say
    • Higher information density, not more output, is the real goal

The Framework: What You Do, Why You Do It

Paul outlines a three-part content structure that works for any business:

    • What others do: Name the standard approach in your industry
    • What you do differently: State your contrast clearly and without apology
    • Why you believe it: Share the conviction that drives your approach

He demonstrates this with two examples. A coach who combines gap analysis with identity profiling during intake. A shoemaker who cuts the sole into segments because a flat sole is too static for how feet actually move. Both examples follow the same logic: contrast, conviction, clarity.

The Vision: Your Domain as the Richest Source in Your Niche

Paul argues that within one to two years, people will stop searching Google and start asking AI models directly, including Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Grok, and ChatGPT. When that shift completes, your domain needs to be the most information-rich source in your category.

    • Identity First Media runs 37 intelligent systems behind the scenes
    • One 90-minute intake feeds the entire system
    • Every video you record enriches your domain and knowledge base automatically
    • The goal: record once, publish everywhere, own your data

    Always Work From the Source

A key technical point: never chain AI outputs. Do not turn a carousel into a post and then that post into an email. Always go back to the original source material. Raw input, specific format instructions, clean output. That is the sequence that keeps quality consistent.

0I believe that AI uplifts your content to a better quality. And in this video, I will give you framework how you, as an entrepreneur, can make good quality content made very easy. First of all, I see a lot of people using AI in the wrong way. I see that they try to let AI create their content, more of a kind like out of the blue, like, I just give in a prompt in ChatGPT or Claude and I tell it what to write and then it writes something. That's the wrong way.
    0:40
0It misses so much context that it doesn't make the good quality content. But I believe when you, as an entrepreneur, put in the right effort, good quality of content and you use a lot of tools, it can create a lot of better quality content. And why is that? It's because of two things. One, AI only if you do it correctly, it only changes form because what you put in is your knowledge, your passion, your energy and if you let AI only change that form, the thing you put in, the information, the data is the same.
    1:31
0And it keeps it the same, but it only changes in maybe reels, carousels, blog articles, emails, courses, community postings and so on. You can change it into a lot. That's for another video. But it's important to understand if you give it the right instructions, it can do that for you. And that's one thing.
    1:58
0And the other thing is when you do it like that and you automate it, you make it automatically happen when you put in the right energy, data, your knowledge, your passion, then you have a lot of extra time to think about the content you put in. So I believe the information density, the data you put in, is from a better quality because you have more time to create better quality content. Because you don't have to think about all the forms, that's what AI does. So that's why you, with AI, are a real content machine even if you don't like to make a lot of content. For example, I, with a few of my businesses, I upload only one video a week.
    2:51
0But because AI takes care of the rest, I can upload a video or record a video once a week for only maybe ten or fifteen minutes for each business and AI does the rest. It's amazing. Okay, now for the framework. It's very easy. It's not this framework, this is another one.
    3:13
0Maybe it looks a little bit like that, but if you're a business owner, say, I'm going to give you two examples, but say, you are like a coach or consultant. The framework is very easy. You have to tell what you do and why you do it. Not for your whole business, but for a part of your business. So you take out one part, for example, like the intake.
    3:41
0You take out the intake, that's one part. You think about what you do different than other people. That's your opening. So you say, okay, what other consultants or coaches do with the intake is just they sort out what the people, my customers want to change. That's the intake.
    4:05
0I see it differently. This is the framework. I see it differently. I do it like this. My intake, of course, also exposes what is it they can work on, what is it they need, but it's also about their identity.
    4:26
0So in my intake I combine those two. So I ask them in the intake what they need, so where is the gap, how can they grow, but also who they are. Because, and that's part of the framework, why I believe that every person is unique. So if I only lay down what the gaps are, but I don't know what kind of person it is in the core, like what his or hers personality, values, motivation, very important things. What kind of identity I used to have the layers So I laid it out and I had like the blueprint of that person and the gaps.
    5:17
0And when we match that, it's amazing what happens because they start growing in the right gaps and the other gaps are made by design. It doesn't fit them. So they start to be real entrepreneurs who only uses were using their identity and their passion and their talents to grow their business. And that works amazing. See what I did there?
    5:44
0I just told other coaches, consultants only do this. I see it in this way. Why do I see it in this way? Because every person is unique. That's the why.
    5:57
0Then I explain what I do. So I explained the personality, motivation, values and five layers of identity. I just tell them what do I do differently. It doesn't matter and I'm passionate about it so I give people something to think about. And I'm talking about this in a very short moment, if you are like the coach or consultant and you use this framework, you can talk about this for ten minutes or maybe fifteen.
    6:33
0It doesn't matter, but people want to see it because it says a lot about you as an entrepreneur and people want to see you and how you think and what you find important. Okay, so this is for the coach or consultant. Maybe if you have a product, it's the same. For example, I'm not making, but if I'm making exclusive shoes and I made them myself, then I could say, okay, when I'm starting this process and I'm busy making the sole of the shoe. You know the sole, it's like the flat thing and it's always is like or complementary or it has contrast.
    7:19
0And what I see a lot of shoemakers do is they make the sole like one flat thing. Sometimes it's even yellow. I really don't like a yellow sole. It it's it's like it's dirty all the time. And what I do is I make like these little changes into the soul, like these little blocks.
    7:45
0At least two, sometimes three. I even had one times seven And it gives like the right feeling because when most people don't stand or sit still with their feet. Feet are always moving. And when they walk, it's like this organic organic thing that starts moving instead of one flat thing. It's too static for a shoe.
    8:11
0That's why I believe that you have to make like this little cuts, maybe even sometimes I use cuts but sometimes I use color changes. Always nice with a nice nice product design and materials, course. I love to work with rubber and leather. To be honest, I know nothing about shoemaking. But you see what I do?
    8:38
0Okay. Other shoemakers do this. I believe in this. It's very easy. I do this.
    8:45
0It's what I do. Why do I do it? Because I believe. Like a yellow soul, you don't need that it's ugly. Okay?
    8:52
0That's something I believe. It it makes me stand out from other people. Yes. It can also blow away people. It it scare away people.
    9:04
0They think, but I like yellow souls. Okay. So goodbye. I don't make it. So you don't have to be with me.
    9:11
0It's good. You stand out because you choose. You say, this is what I believe. This is what I'm doing. And you you almost never explain how except when you know that other people cannot replicate it easy.
    9:29
0The how they must come to you. So wow, this guy is really passionate. He brings in the love into the shoe. He knows a lot of things about design, especially when you explain how one shoe fits the outfit and the other shoe fits the different outfit. When you start talking about it, people want to be your customer.
    9:51
0And it's easy content because you can talk about it very easy. For me with Identity First Media, it's like, okay, I see a lot of AI businesses. They are jumping out everywhere. There are too much because a lot of people believe when you start a small business then you can excel for the next one or two years. And I believe so.
    10:16
0That's the truth. But I, Identity First Media, I believe that AI makes it more easy to make the bigger solutions. So not a small one because for entrepreneurs, for content for example, if you give them one solution, a small one, then the rest is still a problem because you can make a good piece of content but okay, how you let's take AI use that piece of content to change the form for every platform, how you make sure that AI will find you on your own domain. It's not taken care of if you only have like the emails, the podcast, the blog articles, the videos, etcetera. If you only make like the small business ID, the small app, then it only will give one solution but a lot of different problems.
    11:24
0That's why I believe where the world is going to, this is the last part of the framework, I didn't tell you this upfront but this is the golden nugget, to share the vision where you want it to go to. I believe that if all the small companies give you one solution, it gives you five problems for every solution. And that was good because in the past when you sell someone and you create a solution that gives that customer five different problems, you as an entrepreneur can solve these problems as well. It's good marketing. It's like a good product ecosystem.
    12:11
0But I believe now with AI you can solve all the problems at once. So that's my vision. I want an entrepreneur that his or hers online presence is taken care of. That the only thing someone needs to do, an entrepreneur, is one good intake. For us as well, you take this one big intake, say like ninety minutes, you have to take ninety minutes to feed our AI tools.
    12:45
0We have like 37 intelligent robots behind the scenes And you feed all this information into it and then you start recording, say, one video a week and all the content changes form for all the platforms. But it's enriching your own domain, your own website. And why is that very important? Because in one year, in two years, people are not talking to Facebook, Google, TikTok, X anymore. They only talk to the big AI models like Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Grok, ChatGPT maybe.
    13:30
0And then your domain has to be the richest domain for your niche or for your business, for your category. So if people ask AI, okay, who is the most exclusive shoemaker? That they name you or who is the best consultant for x, they start naming you. That's why we start with the intake, then you have your domain set up, your whole website is done with the homepage, the about page, the services page, maybe even an assessment works very well, assessments. And of course, your podcast hosting and blog articles, but they come after the first video.
    14:20
0You upload one piece of content and the whole time your own domain is enriched all the time for every video you put in, your knowledge base, your domain is enriched all the time and that's why I believe you have to build if you want to succeed for the long term, you have to build the big solution for people. That's what I did with Identity First Media. So this is the last piece. Our vision is to make it so easy that the only thing you have to do is record the video, send it to Identity First Media and that's it. The rest is taken care of.
    15:01
0And the other way around is very easy. If you want something changed, you just open up the chat bot, our inner chat bot, our inner circle chatbot. I still need to think about the great name. Now we say it's the command chat, but that's just a working name. I need a better name.
    15:21
0And you open it and you just tell them, okay, I need a new assessment on my website, it's about this. And because it knows you, it has all your content, it already gives you the assessment immediately and then you can tweak it if you want and with one button it's online on your website. That's my big vision that it's so easy that you or type in the command chat or just record. You have the conversation, the normal conversation, if it's like a human sparring partner and you talk with it. In your human voice, it talks back to you and from one ID your website changes because you want it to do it and because it knows everything about you, you don't have to give it context anymore.
    16:14
0Because when you start building your business in Identity First Media, you enrich the website and your knowledge base all the time. So if you tell our inner chat: It's not ready. That's my big vision. We are building it as of today and it works already very well. But if you just start recording and you start talking and it knows everything, you can say, from our last three uploads, I was talking about the best framework for good content, good quality content.
    16:51
0Can you write down the framework in one landing page as an assessment? If people want to know more about this, then from the assessment they get the scoring, arrange the scoring and just if they are bad in it or assessment gives out a score that they don't know really how to do it, send them to my call page and they can book our call. You have this information. This is all the chatbot I'm talking about talking to. You have the information about the framework content call and it arranges it.
    17:33
0You just press okay, let's go and it gives you all the details it does. And if you want to put it live, you just press one button. The human in the loop is very important for us. You press one button and it's live. That's our vision.
    17:49
0The last vision is that AI will become an endpoint. So if you talk to a device on the other on the other end, you have AI that arranges everything for you. That's it. That's amazing. So start using this framework for good quality content and start thinking about, okay, which kind of forms you want AI to create from that content because that's how I see how AI is so convenient.
    18:22
0It gives you a lot of better quality content because when it changes the form but it keeps the data correct, it's always the same. It's good in that. A lot of people do it wrong. They say, change this form into a carousel. Okay, now change this carousel into a post.
    18:42
0Change this post into Now it needs to be sequential. So always work from the source and then you make like the carousel, the post, etcetera. Because then it's the raw data all the time that gets the instructions. Always share the vision but talk really about your passion and what you do and why you do it because people really like to see that, they feel your energy and they want to buy your product or buy your service because they just want to work with you because then they start believing, okay, we match each other and then, yeah, you you get better quality leads as well.

    Frequently asked questions

Why does AI-generated content often feel generic or low quality?

AI produces generic content when it has no real input to work with. A blank prompt gives AI nothing but patterns. Quality output requires your actual knowledge, your specific perspective, and your genuine conviction. AI changes the form of that material. It cannot replace the material itself.

What is the correct way to repurpose content using AI?

Always go back to the original source. Generate each format, blog post, carousel, email, directly from the raw transcript or recording. Never turn one AI output into another. Chaining formats dilutes the signal every step and compounds errors. Source first, every time.

How does the what-you-do-differently framework work in practice?

Name the standard approach in your industry, then state clearly what you do instead and why you believe it. This works for any business. A coach, a shoemaker, a consultant. The contrast signals expertise, the conviction signals character, and together they attract clients who already agree with your worldview.

Why does Paul Veth emphasize building your own domain over social media?

AI models like Claude, Gemini, and Perplexity do not pull from social feeds. They cite credible, structured, domain-based content. Your website needs to become the most information-rich source in your niche. Social media is rented ground. Your domain is the asset that compounds over time.

How many pieces of content do you need to produce each week with Identity First Media?

One video per week is the only input required. Identity First Media uses 37 intelligent systems to transform that single recording into blog posts, podcast episodes, social content, emails, and knowledge base updates. The system enriches your domain automatically with every upload.
