The Orders overview gives you a clear picture of everything happening in your webshop. From new purchases to delivered products, you can track every order and keep your fulfillment process running smoothly.
Finding Your Orders
Go to Webshop > Orders in your dashboard. You will see a list of all orders with key details at a glance:
- Order number for easy reference
- Customer name and email
- Order total
- Current status
- Order date
Searching and Filtering
If you have many orders, two tools help you find what you need quickly:
- Use the search bar to look up orders by order number, customer name, or email address.
- Use the status filter to show only orders with a specific status, such as new, shipped, or delivered.
This is especially handy when you want to focus on orders that still need action.
Order Statuses
Each order carries a color-coded status badge so you can see what is going on instantly:
- đĄ New - just placed, awaiting action
- đĩ Processing - you are preparing the order
- đĻ Shipped - on its way to the customer
- â Delivered - completed successfully
- â Cancelled - order was cancelled
- âŠī¸ Refunded - payment was returned
Viewing Order Details
Click on any order row to open the full order detail page. There you can review the products ordered, customer information, payment status, and the full order total. You can also update the order status from this page once you have shipped or delivered the order.
Tips
- Make it a habit to update order statuses promptly. Customers appreciate knowing where their order stands.
- Use the New filter at the start of your workday to spot orders that need attention right away.
- Search by email if a customer contacts you with a question. You will find their order in seconds.
