Answer
With the Quotes feature you can create polished, numbered quotes for your clients in just a few steps. Track every quote from draft to accepted, and keep everything connected to your contacts in the Lead Engine.
Creating a new quote
- Go to Quotes in your dashboard.
- Click New Quote in the top right corner.
- Select the contact you want to send the quote to. The client details fill in automatically from your Lead Engine contacts.
- Add one or more line items: give each item a description, a quantity, and a price.
- Set a valid-until date so your client knows how long the offer stands.
- Save the quote. It gets an automatic quote number so your administration stays tidy.
Sending the quote to your client
- Open the quote from your quotes list.
- Click the Send button (the envelope icon).
- The quote is emailed to your client directly from the platform.
- The status updates automatically to Sent.
Tracking quote status
Every quote moves through clear stages so you always know where things stand:
- Draft: you are still working on it
- Sent: delivered to the client
- Viewed: the client has opened it
- Accepted: great news, time to get to work
- Rejected: follow up or adjust and resend
- Expired: the valid-until date has passed
Use the status filter buttons at the top of your quotes list to quickly focus on a specific group.
Your quotes dashboard at a glance
At the top of the Quotes page you see three quick stats: total number of quotes, the total value of quotes created this month, and the number of accepted quotes. A handy way to keep an eye on your sales pipeline without any extra effort.
