Intake stuck or showing an error

What happens

During the intake, your conversation is analysed by AI. Occasionally this fails, for example due to a temporary server issue. The system automatically retries once. If that also fails, you will see an error message.

What you can do

  1. Click Try again on the screen. In most cases, the analysis will work on the second attempt.
  2. If it still does not work after a few minutes, close the tab and go back to Dashboard > Intake. You will automatically return to where you left off.
  3. If it still fails after multiple attempts, our team has already been notified and will reach out to you.

Tips

  • You do not need to redo the conversation. All your answers are saved.
  • You can check status.identityfirstmedia.com for any known outages.
  • If you have questions, you can always reach out via the help centre.
