Common errors
"Session expired"
You have been automatically logged out due to inactivity. Log in again via the login page. Your work is not lost if you saved in between.
"No connection to the server"
Check your internet connection. If your internet is working, there may be a temporary server issue. Try again in a few minutes.
"File too large"
The file exceeds the maximum upload size. Images: max 10 MB. Video: max 500 MB. Compress the file and try again.
"Page not found (404)"
The page does not exist or has been removed. Check the URL for typos. If the page was recently deleted, the cache may still show an old link.
"Generation failed"
The AI content generation did not succeed. This can be caused by a temporary issue with the AI service. Try again in a few minutes using the same button.
