Editing podcast episodes

Last updated April 25, 2026

Answer

In the podcast editor you edit individual episodes: title, description, timestamps, quotes, and more. You can also manage audio and video, publish episodes, and download media.

Editing an episode

  1. Go to Content Engine > Podcast and click on an episode.
  2. Adjust the title, description, season and episode number.
  3. Add timestamps so listeners can quickly navigate to specific topics.

Audio and video

The audio player at the top lets you listen to the episode. You can upload a new audio file or view the existing one. Video-related options are in a separate section.

Publishing

Click Publish to make the episode visible on your website and in your RSS feed. Use Unpublish to take an episode offline.

Downloading

Via the download button you can download all media for an episode as a ZIP, including audio, video, and artwork.

Tips

  • Timestamps make your podcast more professional and help listeners find the right segment.
  • Link a CTA to your episode so listeners can take action right away.
