Answer

With the assessment builder you create scorecards and assessments that visitors can complete on your website. Results are saved automatically and you can use them for lead generation and segmentation.

Steps

  1. Go to Identity > Assessments to open the overview.
  2. Click "New assessment" and choose a type: scorecard, quiz or self-evaluation.
  3. Add questions via the visual editor. Choose the answer type per question: scale, multiple choice or open text.
  4. Configure the scoring: assign points to answers and define result categories (e.g. beginner, intermediate, expert).
  5. Set up the results page: what feedback does the participant receive per category?
  6. Publish the assessment. It appears automatically on your website under the assessment section.

Tips

  • Keep assessments short: 8 to 12 questions is optimal for completion rate.
  • Use the results as a lead magnet by only showing the result after email entry.
  • View statistics via Identity > Assessments to see which questions are skipped most often.
